⏰ Schedule

• Monday–Friday (8-hour shifts)
• Start/end times vary based on weather and daylight hours
• Additional hours may be required during peak harvest

💪 Key Responsibilities

• Work in shallow water (approx. 18 inches) during harvest operations
• Pull drainpipes and handle tubs of cranberries
• Operate small equipment and drive tractors as needed
• Assist with:
  • Mowing, trimming, and weeding
  • Installing and moving irrigation pipe
• Perform general farm labor and field maintenance
• Work in a variety of outdoor conditions (rain, cold, mud – no lightning work)

✅ Job Requirements

• Ability to stand and work 8–10 hours per day
• Lift up to 50 lbs regularly
• Comfortable bending, twisting, kneeling, and working with hands

• Valid Driver’s License (required for operating equipment)
• Must bring own warm/waterproof clothing or rain gear
