We are NOW HIRING for a full time Accountant/Office Manager for a great company company in the York County area. This is a small office and looking for someone to wear many hats and be a part of a small office team. 

 

Salary range is $70K-$90K+, depending on experience 

This is a full time, permanent role looking to interview candidates immediately

 

Job responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Oversee financial operations and ensure accuracy of financial records.
  • Monitor cash flow and adhere to budget constraints.
  • Implement accounting systems and procedures for the construction industry.
  • Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
  • Prepare project cost estimates and analyze cost variances.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting regulations and tax laws.
  • Prepare and submit financial reports and tax returns.
  • Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders.
  • Assist with month and year end closings 
  • Work directly with project managers, field staff, for billing and invoicing of customers
