Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated, Night Shift Machine Mechanics  to join our aerospace manufacturing team in Chandler. This role is ideal for a self-starter who has a foundation in mechanical repair and welding and is eager to advance their skills through specialized training. You will be responsible for the upkeep and repair of critical hydraulic systems and machinery that keep our aerospace production moving.

Key Responsibilities

• Mechanical & Hydraulic Repair: Diagnose and fix mechanical issues on production machinery, with a specific focus on hydraulic systems and components.

• Precision Welding: Perform high-quality welds to repair equipment and support facility maintenance needs.

• Preventive Maintenance: Utilize IBM Maximo to track work orders, log maintenance activities, and ensure all equipment is operating at peak efficiency.

• Collaboration: Maintain clear and professional communication with the team and supervisors regarding equipment status and project updates.

• Safety & Efficiency: Work independently during the night shift to complete repairs with minimal supervision while adhering to strict aerospace safety standards.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Experience: Proven experience in mechanical machine repair and welding (specific experience with hydraulics is highly preferred).

• Technical Skills: Familiarity with IBM Maximo or similar CMMS software is a major plus.

• Millwright Background: Previous experience as a Millwright is a significant advantage.

• Schedule Flexibility: Ability to work 10-hour shifts (10:00 PM – 8:00 AM) and commit to overtime as required.

• Soft Skills: Must be a proactive self-starter with excellent communication skills and a strong "willingness to learn" attitude.
