Experienced De-burr/Hand Finisher wanted to fill an opening in the Valencia area.

The ideal candidate needs to have strong attention to detail and at least 2-3 years of experience in this field.

 RESPONSIBILITIES 

• Remove sharp edges from machined parts neatly, cleanly, and without changing the shape or dimension of the part
• The candidate will also need to ensure that the final size, shape and details of parts are correct per specifications
• Other essential duties include filing, sanding, de-burring, blending, cleaning, grinding, masking, bead blasting and polishing parts in accordance with the utmost regard for standards

 

Duties of the De-burring/Hand Finisher

• Blend/remove sharp edges per drawing
• Break edges on parts, hand finish repaired areas.
• Blend machining marks to provide uniform appearance.

Skills / Requirements

• Five (2) years minimum experience with aircraft components/materials
• High attention to detail
• Previous metal deburring experience
• Drug test required.

 

Minimum Requirements

• Ability to use manual air operated & electric hand tools. -Good eye for measuring nd following work order detail -Machining experience is a plus!
