Location: Fowlerville, MI
Employment Type: Full-Time | Long-Term Opportunity

Shifts Available:

• Day Shift: 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM, will be moving to 12's out time 6:00 PM (Monday–Thursday) | $16.00/hour
• Night Shift: 6:00 PM – 4:30 AM, will be moving to 12's out time 6:00 AM (Monday–Thursday) | $16.50/hour
• Weekend work as needed

Position Summary

The Production Operator is responsible for running production, operating CNC and manual machinery, and supporting finishing, inspection, and packaging processes. This role requires attention to detail, reliability, and a strong commitment to quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate CNC and manual machinery to support production
• Perform finishing, deburring, packaging, and inventory tasks
• Measure and mark dimensions for machining processes
• Inspect finished products to ensure conformance to specifications
• Complete daily production logs and inspection sheets
• Assemble parts and components as needed
• Maintain and operate shop equipment and tools
• Accurately record work performed and materials used
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Follow all safety procedures and training requirements
• Support continuous improvement initiatives
• Perform additional duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Basic shop math skills required
• Manufacturing or CNC experience preferred but not required
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn

Compensation & Growth

• Starting Pay:
  • $16.00/hour (Day Shift)
  • $16.50/hour (Night Shift)
• Performance-based pay review after 90 days
