Salary: $15/hour

Overview: We are seeking 10+ people to join our team as Part-time Temporary Pipe Laying. This role primarily involves supporting our agricultural operations during the harvesting season, as well as assisting with irrigation tasks to ensure optimal crop growth and yield. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

2. General Farm Duties:

   • Participate in general farm maintenance activities as directed.
   • Assist with cleaning and organizing work areas and equipment.
   • Follow safety protocols and procedures to prevent accidents and injuries.
   • Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to coordinate tasks and workflow.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in agricultural work preferred but not required.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and perform physical tasks.
• Basic understanding of crop harvesting techniques.
• Willingness to learn and follow instructions closely.
• Reliable transportation to and from the work site.
• Flexibility to work varied hours including weekends and holidays as needed.
