About the Role We are placing experienced Customer Service Representatives with manufacturing, distribution, and corporate employers across the St. Louis Metro and St. Charles County area. If you have professional experience managing customer accounts, resolving service issues, and coordinating across internal departments — not just answering phones or processing transactions at a register — this is a role built for you. CSRs who can own a customer relationship from first contact through resolution and do it in a fast-paced, high-volume environment are exactly who our clients need.

What You'll Be Doing
- Managing inbound and outbound customer communications via phone, email, and occasionally live chat in a professional B2B or corporate environment
- Handling order entry, order status inquiries, and shipment tracking coordination with internal logistics or warehouse teams
- Resolving customer complaints, billing discrepancies, and service issues through root cause identification and follow-through to close
- Maintaining accurate customer account records inside a CRM platform — updating contact info, logging interactions, and flagging escalation-level issues
- Supporting account managers or sales teams with customer-facing documentation, quotes, and follow-up correspondence
To Be Considered, You Must Meet the Following:
- Must have professional B2B or office-based customer service experience — retail, food service, or call center experience handling only transactional or script-based interactions does not qualify
- Minimum 1 year of dedicated customer service experience in a corporate, manufacturing, distribution, or professional services environment
- Demonstrated experience managing issue resolution independently — not just logging tickets or transferring calls, but owning the problem through to resolution
- Proficiency in at least one CRM platform — Salesforce, HubSpot, SAP, Oracle, or similar — at mid-to-senior level
- Strong written communication skills — a significant portion of customer interaction in these roles is handled via professional email correspondence
This Role is NOT for You If:
- Your customer service experience comes exclusively from retail, restaurant, or high-volume transactional call center work with no account management or issue ownership component
- You have never managed customer relationships or service issues end-to-end in a professional office or corporate setting
- You are uncomfortable with email-heavy communication or have limited experience documenting interactions inside a CRM or order management system
