HVAC Installer

Salary: 26-32

We are seeking experienced and reliable HVAC Installers to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience installing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in residential and/or commercial settings. This role requires attention to detail, strong work ethic, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Install HVAC systems including ductwork, units, and components
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Ensure all installations meet safety and quality standards
• Test systems for proper operation after installation
• Troubleshoot and resolve installation issues as needed
• Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors

Requirements:

• Previous HVAC installation experience preferred
• EPA Certification (preferred but not required)
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in various environments (attics, outdoors, etc.)
• Strong mechanical skills and attention to detail
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
