Monday - Friday / 8:00am - 5:00pm

 

A growing damage restoration services company seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Collections Administrator to be responsible for managing outstanding accounts, communicating with customers regarding open balances, and supporting general accounting functions. Collections Administrator Responsibilities:

• Send collections emails and follow up on outstanding invoices
• Make outbound collections calls in a professional and consistent manner
• Mail invoices, statements, and collection letters
• Maintain accurate records of customer communications and payment activity
• Assist with accounts receivable and accounts payable tasks
• Support billing organization, processing, and documentation
• Work with internal team members to resolve billing discrepancies

Collections Administrator Qualifications:

• Prior experience in collections and/or accounts receivable required
• Strong administrative and organizational skills
• Comfortable making high-volume phone calls
• Ability to remain professional when dealing with upset or difficult customers
• Strong attention to detail and follow-through
• Basic understanding of accounting processes (AP/AR) preferred
