A client of ours in Wilsonville is searching for a Warehouse Lead. This role supports order fulfillment and customer success by handling picking, packing, shipping, equipment handling, and warehouse organization. You will work closely with internal teams including account managers, warehouse leadership, and operations staff. This position requires accuracy, efficiency, clear communication, and physical stamina in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

 

Primary Duties:
• Lead daily warehouse operations including order fulfillment, shipping, receiving, and inventory control
• Assign work, set priorities, and support warehouse staff to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and on-time results
• Provide guidance, training, and hands-on support to warehouse team members
• Accurately pick, pack, label, and stage orders as needed to support team workload
• Operate warehouse equipment including pallet jacks, dollies, hand trucks, and forklifts
• Oversee loading and unloading of inbound and outbound shipments
• Verify shipment contents against bills of lading and shipping documentation
• Clean, diagnose, service, and repair automotive service equipment with training support as needed
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and coordinate repairs to minimize downtime
• Maintain organized storage areas, clear aisles, and safe warehouse conditions
• Ensure accurate data entry for orders, inventory, tracking, and status updates
• Communicate proactively with management, drivers, vendors, and internal teams
• Identify and resolve issues related to damaged goods, missing items, delays, or safety concerns
• Enforce OSHA and site-specific safety practices and proper PPE use

 

Required Skills and Experience:
• Prior warehouse leadership, lead, or supervisory experience required
• Background in automotive parts, automotive service equipment, or mechanical maintenance strongly preferred
• Hands-on experience maintaining or repairing automotive or industrial equipment
• Forklift experience and familiarity with warehouse material handling equipment
• Ability to lift and move items commonly weighing 30 to 50 pounds or more
• Comfortable with repetitive movement, standing, bending, and working in varied temperatures
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to meet shipping deadlines
• High attention to detail to ensure inventory accuracy and order quality
• Proficient with basic computer systems including warehouse management systems, data entry, email, and text communication
• Clear, professional, and solution-oriented communication style
• Ability to lead by example, problem-solve independently, and support team success


 

 

Pay: $24-28/HR DOE

Schedule: Monday-Friday 7:30AM-4:00PM
