A client of ours in Wilsonville is searching for a Bookkeeper to support accurate financial operations and reporting.. This role is responsible for maintaining detailed financial records, processing daily transactions, reconciling accounts, and supporting cash flow and reporting needs. You will work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure financial accuracy, compliance, and smooth day-to-day bookkeeping operations.

Primary Duties:
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records in compliance with organizational and regulatory standards
• Process daily financial transactions including invoices, receipts, expenses, and payments
• Reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, and internal ledgers to identify and resolve discrepancies
• Prepare financial summaries, statements, and supporting documentation for management or external partners
• Monitor cash inflows and outflows and communicate relevant updates to leadership
• Enter and maintain financial data accurately within Solentris bookkeeping software
• Utilize intermediate to advanced Excel skills to track data, reconcile accounts, analyze trends, and create reports
• Support internal teams with financial inquiries and documentation needs
• Maintain organized records and ensure timely follow-up on outstanding items
• Communicate clearly and professionally with vendors, service providers, and internal stakeholders
Required Skills and Experience:
• 2-4 years previous bookkeeping or accounting support experience required
• Proficiency with Solentris bookkeeping software.
• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills including formulas, spreadsheets, and data analysis
• Strong understanding of accounting fundamentals and financial workflows
• High attention to detail with strong accuracy and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Clear, responsive, and solution-oriented communication style
• Comfortable working independently while collaborating with internal teams
Pay: $30-35/HR DOE
Schedule: Monday-Friday 9AM-5PM
