Construction General Laborer

Located in Kaukauna, WI

Salary: $17.00/HR

Hours: Monday - Friday, 7:00am - 4:00pm

Pay: $17.00/HR

Duties:

  • Install residential and light‑commercial fencing, including wood, vinyl, and chain‑link systems

  • Operate post‑hole drivers and assist with setting fence posts to proper depth and alignment

  • Load, carry, and stage materials such as posts, panels, concrete, and hardware

  • Use basic hand and power tools safely (saws, drills, levels, post‑hole diggers, etc.)

  • Assist the crew lead with site layout, measurements, and installation tasks

  • Prepare job sites by clearing debris, unloading materials, and maintaining a clean work area

  • Support general construction tasks as needed, including digging, mixing concrete, and site cleanup

Qualifications: 

  • Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting 50+ lbs regularly and working on your feet throughout the day

  • Reliable transportation to job sites and/or the company shop

  • Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions (heat, cold, rain, etc.)

  • Basic knowledge of hand and power tools and willingness to learn new equipment

  • Strong work ethic, punctuality, and ability to follow instructions from crew leads

  • Safety‑minded approach to all tasks and willingness to follow company safety procedures

  • Construction, landscaping, or fencing installation experience preferred but not required
