Salary: $18.00 - $22.00/HR
Hours: Monday - Thursday, 6:00am - 4:30pm
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00/HR
Duties:
Operate forklifts and other material‑handling equipment safely to move, load, and unload materials
Support daily shipping and receiving activities, including verifying incoming and outgoing shipments
Review and confirm shipment accuracy using bills of lading, packing slips, and related documentation
Stage, tag, label, and store materials in designated warehouse locations
Maintain accurate inventory through basic documentation, data entry, and inventory tracking systems
Assist production teams by delivering materials, staging components, and replenishing stock
Follow FIFO and proper product rotation procedures to ensure material accuracy and quality
Participate in cycle counts, inventory audits, and discrepancy resolution
Keep warehouse aisles, work areas, and storage zones clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards
Qualifications:
Experience operating forklifts or willingness to obtain certification
Familiarity with warehouse operations such as shipping, receiving, and inventory control
Ability to read and interpret bills of lading, packing slips, and basic shipping documents
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in labeling, staging, and documentation
Comfortable using inventory systems, scanners, or basic computer applications
Ability to lift, move, and handle materials safely (within standard warehouse weight requirements)
Understanding of FIFO, product rotation, and general inventory best practices
Reliable attendance, strong work ethic, and ability to work independently or as part of a team
Commitment to maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work environment
