Job Title: Finisher Operator – Brass Dept
Pay: $17.00 – $18.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday

• 1st Shift: 5:30 AM – 2:30 PM
• 2nd Shift: 1:30 PM – 10:00 PM
• 3rd Shift: 9:30 PM – 5:30 AM
  Overtime: As needed

Job Summary:
We are seeking dependable and trainable individuals to join our Brass Department as Finisher Machine Operators. This is a fast-paced manufacturing role where employees will operate finishing machines, inspect and pack parts, and ensure production goals are met. No direct experience is required, though manufacturing or machining experience is preferred.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Remove components from machines and finish threads on brass parts.
• Blow off parts, inspect for quality, and pack into boxes of 36.
• Stack packed boxes on pallets efficiently.
• Maintain proper hygiene and follow all safety procedures.
• Work in a loud environment with attention to detail.
• Follow instructions from direct supervisor (Alessio).
• Participate in safety orientation with EHS Manager Alfonso.

Requirements:

• Trainable individuals – manufacturing background preferred.
• Ability to work safely in a fast-paced, noisy environment.
• Must wear steel-toe or composite shoes, pants (no shorts).
• Comfortable with occasional exposure to brass dust and practice proper hygiene.
• Ability to follow instructions and meet production goals (220 parts/hour).
• Job tenure and reliability are highly valued.
• Drug Screen and Background Check required (no violent crimes; case-by-case otherwise).

Physical Requirements:

• Stand and walk for extended periods.
• Frequent bending, lifting, and twisting.
• Ability to lift and handle components regularly.
