Duties

• Open and closing work orders and repair orders , and inspections for rental equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety standards are met.
• Communicate effectively with technicians and service staff to prioritize repairs and address urgent issues promptly.
• Manage service records, documentation, and work orders accurately using our automotive management software. ( Point of Rental)
• Assist customers with equipment inquiries, rental extensions, and service-related questions to provide outstanding customer support.
• Upsell additional services or equipment accessories that meet customer needs, enhancing revenue opportunities.
• Monitor inventory levels of spare parts and supplies necessary for equipment servicing; place orders as needed.
• Ensure all safety protocols are followed during maintenance procedures and equipment handling.
• Entering Data for equipment like Parts serial numbers, make and models. Making quotes for the value customers

Skills

• Proven experience in dealership or auto service management environments with a strong understanding data entry and work orders
• Knowledge in heavy duty equipment not needed but recommended
• Data entry and computer skills
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly and professionally.
• Experience in auto estimating and service writing to accurately document repairs and generate invoices.
• Have a good understanding on work order and repair tickets and inputting them into the system
• Familiarity with dealership operations including cash handling, auto estimating software, and inventory management.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
