Job Title: Seed Cutter

Job Summary:
We’re looking for a reliable, hard-working person to help prepare seed for planting. This role involves cutting, sorting, and handling seed carefully to keep quality high.

What You’ll Do:

• Cut seed to the right size
• Check for quality and remove damaged pieces
• Keep your work area clean
• Follow basic safety guidelines
• Help with general labor as needed

What We’re Looking For:

• Dependable and detail-oriented
• Comfortable with repetitive work and being on your feet
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs
• Previous experience is helpful but not required
