Salary: $20-$23

Pay Rate:
$21.67–$22.88 (pending experience)

Schedule:

• 3:00 AM – 11:30 AM (OT required)
• 4:00 AM – 12:30 PM (OT required)
• 5:00 AM – 1:30 PM (OT required)
• 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM (OT required)

Monday–Friday, with occasional Saturdays depending on workload

Job Requirements:

• Ability to work in various weather conditions
• Ability to read blueprints
• Concrete screeding experience is a plus

Job Responsibilities:

• Strip and clean concrete forms and products
• Prepare steel molds for filling with concrete
• Perform basic carpentry tasks
• Assist with facility maintenance and housekeeping
• Additional duties as needed

Skills:

• Manufacturing or construction experience preferred
• Basic math and measurement skills
• Ability to read/write simple instructions and communicate effectively

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs periodically throughout the day

Clean Background, Drug screen and must be able to read tape measures and pass a basic math test
