Office Administrator – Construction Company
Location: Binghamton, NY
Pay: $20–$25 per hour, based on experience

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accounts payable and accounts receivable
  • Data entry and record maintenance
  • Collecting, reviewing, and organizing invoices
  • Answering phone calls and directing inquiries
  • Supporting daily office operations
  • Working independently while managing multiple priorities

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior office or administrative experience (construction industry preferred)
  • Experience with prevailing wage and certified payroll reporting strongly preferred
  • Experience using Construction Manager software/systems is a big plus
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Self-starter who can work independently and take initiative
  • Strong communication and time-management skills
