What You’ll Do

• Interview candidates and learn their stories
• Make outgoing calls to keep the hiring pipeline moving
• Sell job opportunities and match people to the right roles
• Build relationships with candidates and clients
• Post jobs, manage applicants, and stay organized
• Keep notes updated and support onboarding

• Outgoing, friendly, and confident
• A strong communicator who loves helping people
• Fast on a keyboard (40+ WPM)
• Organized and able to juggle multiple priorities
• Goal‑driven, competitive, and motivated
• Experienced in customer service, outbound sales, serving/bartending, retail, call center, or inside sales
