Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and professional individual to join our auto body shop team. This role is responsible for providing excellent customer service, supporting daily front office operations, and assisting with insurance claims and parts coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming phone calls and assist customers with inquiries
  • Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
  • Schedule appointments and provide updates on vehicle repair status
  • Order and track automotive parts as needed for repairs
  • Assist with processing and managing insurance claims for damaged vehicles
  • Communicate with insurance companies, adjusters, and customers
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation
  • Support the shop team with administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications:

  • Previous customer service or administrative experience preferred
  • Experience in an auto body shop or automotive environment is a plus
  • Familiarity with insurance claims processing is highly preferred
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic computer skills (email, data entry, scheduling systems)
