Customer Service Representative

Express Employment Professionals is seeking Customer Service Representative for a Tyler, Tx company! We are a full-service Staffing Firm where we work with companies in East Texas who have openings, they are looking to fill with great talent we find for them! When working through Express you will be paid weekly and since we cannot guarantee placement, there is no fee for our services! 

In this Role you Will:

• Schedule patients for initial DME set ups
• Scanning and filing documents
• Insurance verification
• Obtaining authorization, collecting payments and charge posting
• Assign appropriate DME procedure codes; assesses fees; enter data into medical software system 
• Containing information to identify the patient and document the course and results of the patient 
• Process and review orders received for medical equipment
• Maintaining and organizing of DME inventory 
• Preform others duties as assigned

Qualifications/Requirements for this role:

• Ability to lift 10 or more pounds
• Ability to sit/stand for long periods of time
• A minimum of 2 years’ recent experience in a clinic or healthcare setting
• Strong knowledge of insurance revenue cycle
• Strong attention to detail 
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to deal professionally, courteously, and efficiently with the public and remain calm under stress
• Electronic Medical Records / Electronic Health Records experience
