Position Overview
As a CNC Operator, you will set up and operate CNC machines to produce high-quality parts in a fast-paced, modern manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor CNC machines (mills, routers, etc.)
- Read and interpret blueprints and work instructions
- Inspect parts to ensure quality and accuracy
- Make basic adjustments as needed to maintain production standards
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Qualifications
- CNC experience preferred (entry-level candidates with mechanical aptitude considered)
- Ability to read measurements and use basic tools
- Strong attention to detail
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
Pay & Details
- $18–$20/hour depending on experience
- Overtime opportunities may be available
