Construction Worker / Restoration Technician – 1st Shift | $19–$26/hr | Wausau Area

Monday–Friday | 7:00am–5:00pm (some schedule flexibility)

Express Employment Professionals is hiring Construction Workers and Restoration Technicians for multiple hands-on opportunities in the Wausau area. What You’ll Do

• Assist with construction, restoration, or landscaping projects
• Perform site prep, grading, digging, and material handling
• Support concrete work, demolition, cleanup, and rebuild projects
• Use hand tools, power tools, and restoration equipment
• Work on projects involving water, fire, or mold restoration
• Follow safety procedures and maintain clean job sites
• Provide professional, respectful interaction on customer job sites

Pay & Schedule

• $19.00–$26.00 per hour (based on experience)
• 1st Shift | Monday–Friday
• Full-time hours with overtime potential
• Some roles offer rotating days off or occasional Saturdays

What We’re Looking For

• Construction, landscaping, or restoration experience preferred (not required)
• Ability to lift, bend, and work in physically demanding environments
• Comfortable working outdoors and in varying conditions
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Valid driver’s license preferred
• Team-oriented with willingness to learn
