Our client in West Bridgewater, MA currently hiring experienced lathe CNC Machinists to join our team! If you have a strong machining background and are looking for a steady, full-time opportunity with great benefits, we’d love to connect.

1st Shift |Monday – Thursday: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM | Friday: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

Pay Rate: $20.00–$30.00 per hour; based on experience

Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate CNC machinery such as CNC lathes and milling machines using Fanuc controls or similar systems.
• Operate engine lathes (up to 25” swing and run manual Bridgeport machines
• Interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing), and technical specifications to ensure accurate machining.
• Use precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, bore gauges, and coordinate measuring machines to verify dimensions.
• Perform routine machine maintenance, troubleshooting, and adjustments to optimize performance.

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in either manual or CNC machining environments.
• Proficiency in CNC programming languages including G-code; experience with CAM software is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of blueprint reading, GD&T principles, and mechanical drawings.
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Experience with ProtoTRAX is a plus
• Program CNC equipment (required)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
