Production Supervisor

Pay: $65,000 – $80,000 annually

Overview
Seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to oversee daily operations, improve efficiency, and ensure safety and quality standards in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise production staff and ensure safe, efficient operations

• Monitor performance and meet production goals

• Ensure product quality and proper material handling

• Coordinate with maintenance and assist with logistics/warehouse operations

• Enforce safety standards and maintain a clean work environment

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or two-year degree in business administration or industrial management, or related discipline or combination of experience and certifications.
• Experience working in similar manufacturing setting.
• Excellent time management skill.
• Strong interpersonal skills for developing good working relationships with employees.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills, ability to manage change in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to operate a Lift Truck, Overhead Crane and Forklift is required.
• Proficient in English with excellent written and oral communication skills.

Schedule

• Weekend: Fri–Sun, 7am–7pm

• OR Monday–Friday, 10am–8pm
