Schedule:

• Shift: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM
• Work Days: Sunday night through Thursday night
• (Shift begins Sunday at 11PM and ends Friday morning at 7AM)

🔧 Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in laying out forms and corners according to production specifications
• Prepare and maintain clean, oiled layoff forms for the build team
• Support the Build Crew once layout tasks are completed
• Read and use a tape measure accurately for layout work
• Work closely with crew members, carpenters, and supervisors to meet production goals
• Maintain tools, equipment, and work area at the end of each shift

✅ Requirements:

• Experience in construction, general labor, or manufacturing preferred
• Ability to read a tape measure accurately (REQUIRED)
• Comfortable using hand tools and power tools
• Forklift experience is a plus
• Ability to follow written instructions and production drawings
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
• Ability to stand, bend, kneel, and work in a physically demanding environment
