A growing organization is seeking a Controller to lead accounting operations and ensure accurate, audit-ready financial reporting. This role partners closely with leadership to provide financial insights, strengthen processes, and support business growth.

What You Get to Do! 
•    Oversee all accounting functions and financial reporting (GAAP) 
•    Maintain strong internal controls and audit readiness 
•    Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis 
•    Manage and develop the accounting team 
•    Partner with business leaders to support decision-making 
•    Drive process improvements and system enhancements 
•    Coordinate audits and oversee compliance and tax reporting 

What You Will Bring…
•    Bachelor’s in Accounting; CPA required (MBA preferred) 
•    7+ years of accounting experience, including leadership 
•    Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, and controls 
•    Experience with ERP systems 
•    Analytical and detail-oriented 
•    Strong leadership and communication skills 
•    High integrity and ability to handle confidential information 
•    Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
