Position Overview

We are seeking a driven, energetic, and results-oriented Sales Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, and lead generation
Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing clients
Present, promote, and sell company products and services to prospective customers
Understand customer needs and provide customized solutions that deliver value
Consistently meet or exceed sales targets, KPIs, and performance metrics
Prepare and deliver professional presentations, proposals, and pricing quotes
Negotiate contracts and successfully close sales
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)
Partner with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful service delivery
Stay informed on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities

Experience using CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)
Valid driver’s license (if travel is required)

Physical Requirements

Ability to sit, stand, or travel for extended periods
Comfortable working on a computer and phone throughout the day
