Position Summary

The Temporary Office Administrator provides short-term administrative support to ensure smooth and efficient daily office operations. This role focuses on clerical and administrative tasks such as filing, answering phones, processing timesheets, and editing documents. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, dependable, and comfortable managing multiple responsibilities in a professional office environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Answer and route incoming phone calls in a professional and courteous manner
  • File, organize, and maintain paper and electronic records
  • Process, review, and submit employee timesheets with a high level of accuracy
  • Edit and format documents, correspondence, and reports as needed
  • Provide general administrative and clerical support to office staff
  • Assist with data entry and basic office projects as assigned
  • Maintain confidentiality of employee, consumer, and organizational information

Qualifications

  • Previous administrative or office support experience preferred
  • Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Clear verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) or similar office software
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize work, and meet deadlines
  • Professional demeanor with a dependable work ethic
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
