Are you detail-oriented, organized, and looking to jumpstart your career in the powersports industry? We are recruiting on behalf of an established, high-volume motorcycle dealership in Bedford to find a reliable Office Assistant.
You will play a vital role in supporting the Vehicle Title Team, ensuring that all paperwork for our customers' new rides is processed accurately and efficiently. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys a consistent schedule and a professional yet fast-paced environment.
Documentation: Assist the Title Clerk with high-volume scanning, digital filing, and physical organization of vehicle records.
Data Entry: Update internal systems with accuracy to ensure inventory and customer information is current.
Financial Runs: Perform daily trips to the bank for deposits and occasional errands to the post office or tax office.
Communication: Handle professional email correspondence with internal departments and external partners.
Administrative Support: General office upkeep, managing mail, and assisting the management team with special projects as needed.
Reliability: You show up on time and ready to tackle the day.
Organization: You actually enjoy keeping files in order and checking off a to-do list.
Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and basic office equipment (scanners/copiers).
Professionalism: You can represent the dealership well at the bank and in written emails.
Valid Driver’s License: Required for making bank deposits and running local errands.
