Schedule: Monday - Friday 8 AM - 5 PM
Key Responsibilities
• Answer and route incoming phone calls
• Filing, document organization, and record maintenance
• Assist with new account setup and internal paperwork processes
• Maintain office filing systems and administrative records
• Coordinate office lunches, meetings, and company events ... including the setup and cleanup of these common areas.
• Provide general administrative support to office staff
• Assist with basic office coordination and operational tasks
• Support internal workflow organization and tracking
• Could also be some accounting support tasks
• Open to taking on additional responsibilities over time
Qualifications
• Prior administrative or office experience
• Strong phone and customer service skills
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
