Position Overview:
A local company is seeking a dependable and skilled Welder to join their team. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience who can perform high-quality welds in a fast-paced production or fabrication environment.

The Welder will be responsible for assembling and repairing metal components using a variety of welding techniques. This position requires attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to safety and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform MIG, TIG, and/or Stick welding based on project requirements
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications
• Measure, cut, and assemble metal materials
• Inspect welds to ensure they meet quality standards
• Operate welding equipment and related tools safely
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all safety procedures and guidelines

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of welding or fabrication experience
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints
• Familiarity with various welding techniques (MIG, TIG, Stick)
• Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
