Position Summary 

Under general supervision, maintains cleanliness of Resort accommodations. Available shift is Wednesday through Sunday 8:30a-4:30p. Pay is $17/hr. Transportation provided. Starts ASAP. Apply today!   

 

 Duties and Responsibilities 

• Responsible for cleanliness of entire villa.
• Dusts furniture, stereos, televisions, DVD’s, light fixtures, sconces and ceiling fans.
• Cleans mirrors, windows, toilets, bathtubs, refrigerators, ovens, dishwashers, floors and sinks.
• Vacuums carpets.
•  Empties wastebaskets and other receptacles.
• Removes bedding and linen from rooms.
• Makes beds with clean linen.
•  Reports on damage to equipment and/or property to management.
• Replenishes supplies and amenities.
• Delivers items, as requested, to villas.
• Stores chemicals and supplies in accordance with Resort and state/federal policies.
• Responds to calls and questions from owners, guests and departments.
• Provides customer service to guests, owners, and departments.
• Similar and related duties as assigned.

Skills & Abilities 

Must have the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships, communicate effectively with staff and management, analyze and resolve problems, use independent judgment, and deal successfully with public.  Must have necessary skills to perform basic math. 

This position requires the capability to understand and follow both oral and written directions as well as knowledge and usage of correct business English and office practices.  Must be able to communicate in English to co-workers and owners/guests.
