We are actively recruiting for a Quality Inspector for a manufacturing company in Westford, MA. The Quality Inspector is responsible to ensure that all inspection activities consistently deliver customer products that conform in all aspects to the specified requirements.

 

Responsibilities of Quality Inspector:

• Perform regular quality assessments on all incoming materials from vendors and outgoing products for shipping
• Monitor operations to ensure that they meet production standards; Recommend adjustments to the assembly or production process; Examine functionality and compare the final product to the specifications
• Inspect, test, or measure materials or products being produced; Measure products with rulers, calipers, gauges, or micrometers
• Accept or reject finished items; Remove all products and materials that fail to meet specifications

Requirements of Quality Inspector:

• At least 2+ years of experience in Inspection in a manufacturing setting
• Experience with measuring devices such as meters, gauges, computers, calipers, and other measuring instruments preferred
• Able to lift up to 30lbs regularly

This is a Temp to Hire/Evaluation Hire position. The hours are Mon-Fri 7AM-3:30PM. The pay rate is $25-$35/hr depending on experience. If interested, please submit your resume to jobs.actonma@expresspros.com .
