Indirect Lending Team Support

This role works independently with customers; the ability to type 40+ words per minute and proper phone etiquette is essential.

 

Pay: $17.00/hr

 

Duties:

• Verify loan documentation.
• Review incoming contract packets
• Update system applications
• File maintenance after quality control checks are satisfactorily completed
• Responds to internal and external communication in a timely manner
• Consistently follows up with underwriters regarding funding barriers. Conducts all communication (written, verbal, and face-to-face) with all persons (members, teammates, staff, and vendors) in a clear, kind, collaborative, and constructive manner.

• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Proven ability to function in a self-directed environment
• Excellent attention to detail
