Accounts Payable Specialist

Salary: $30.00 to $32.00/hour

Specialized Recruiting Group, Irvine is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist for a growing consumer products company in the Irvine, CA area. This is a full-time, permanent, evaluation hire opportunity. Base compensation starts at $30.00 to $32.00/hour.

 

Key Responsibilities

• Manage accounts payable processing and vendor payments
• Prepare weekly payment runs (checks, ACH, wires)
• Review and code invoices for accuracy and approval
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
• Assist with month-end close, journal entries, and accruals
• Maintain accurate vendor records and supporting documentation

 

Requirements

• At least one year of accounts payable or general accounting experience
• Strong understanding of invoice processing and reconciliations
• Experience working within formal audit requirements
• ERP experience (NetSuite preferred)
• Ability to manage high-volume invoice processing with accuracy
• Clear written and verbal communication skills
