Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and motivated Machine Operator Assistant to join our production team. This role is ideal for someone eager to learn machine operations, support production processes, and assist with basic maintenance and cleanliness of equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist machine operators in running and monitoring production lines
• Learn to operate production machinery safely and efficiently
• Clean machines and work areas to maintain a safe, organized environment
• Perform light maintenance tasks such as basic inspections and minor adjustments
• Help identify and report any equipment issues or irregularities
• Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures
• Support general production tasks as needed

Qualifications:

• Ability to read, write, and speak English
• Willingness to learn and take direction
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Basic mechanical aptitude is a plus (but not required)
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weight
