Position: Seasonal Nursery Production Worker

Pay: $19/hr
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 9:00 AM–5:30 PM
Season: Spring–Summer (with potential yearly return)
Location: Flathead Valley

What You’ll Do

• Assist customers outdoors and help load plants, trees, shrubs, and materials into vehicles
• Move nursery stock to the correct outdoor locations
• Help with parking and directing vehicles during busy times
• Move materials and support general nursery operations
• Maintain a clean, organized, and customer‑friendly environment

• Strong customer service skills
• Ability to stay presentable and professional around customers
• Willingness to work outdoors in all weather
• Ability to follow instructions and stay productive throughout the day
