Overview:
We are actively seeking experienced Administrative Assistants to join our talent network for upcoming opportunities with a variety of reputable clients. Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to management and team members
  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and general correspondence
  • Maintain and organize files, records, and office documents
  • Assist with data entry, reporting, and basic bookkeeping tasks
  • Coordinate office supplies and support day-to-day operations
  • Support special projects and other administrative duties as needed

Qualifications:

  • 2–5+ years of administrative or office support experience
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
  • Professional demeanor and strong attention to detail
  • Experience with CRM systems or ERP software is a plus
