We are seeking an experienced Front End Loader Operator to join a growing team in Salem, OR. This is a full-time opportunity with strong earning potential, especially during the busy summer season when overtime is abundant.

Responsibilities
• Operate front end loaders safely and efficiently
• Work in and around asphalt plant operations
• Load, move, and stockpile materials
• Perform routine equipment inspections and basic maintenance
• Follow all safety regulations and job site procedures
• Support crew members to keep operations running smoothly

Requirements
• Proven experience operating front end loaders
• Asphalt plant experience strongly preferred
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• Strong safety awareness and reliability
• Ability to work long hours and overtime during peak season
