Pay: $15–$20/hour (Higher pay possible based on experience)
Schedule: 1st Shift

About the Position:
We are seeking hardworking Excavation Laborers to support residential site development projects in the Ruffsdale area. This role involves outdoor construction work, assisting with excavation projects, and preparing sites for residential development. Responsibilities of the Excavation Laborer:

• Shovel, rake, and perform general excavation labor
• Assist with installing pipe and site preparation
• Support residential site development projects
• Dig trenches and assist with laying pipe
• Maintain a clean and safe job site
• Assist equipment operators as needed

Requirements of the Excavation Laborer:

• Previous outdoor construction or excavation experience preferred
• Experience digging trenches or laying pipe is a plus
• Valid driver’s license required
• Ability to pass background check and drug screen
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Heavy Equipment Operator experience is a bonus and may qualify for higher pay
