About the Role:
We’re seeking a Safety Specialist to lead and maintain safety programs in a steel fabrication environment. This role ensures OSHA compliance, conducts audits and investigations, and promotes a strong safety culture across the facility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and manage safety programs and training (OSHA, welding, forklift, etc.)
• Conduct audits, risk assessments, and job hazard analyses
• Investigate incidents and implement corrective actions
• Support environmental compliance (EPA, waste, air permits)
• Lead safety meetings, training, and employee engagement
• Partner with production to integrate safety into daily operations

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of safety experience (manufacturing or fabrication preferred)
• Knowledge of OSHA and environmental regulations
• OSHA 30 required (or willing to obtain)
• Strong communication and reporting skills
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus

Schedule:
Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
