POSITION OVERVIEW

 

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Delivery Driver / Warehouse Associate. This full-time, in-person position is responsible for the safe delivery of products to customers as well as supporting daily warehouse operations including receiving, stocking, picking, and shipping. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, communicates professionally with customers, and thrives in a physical, team-oriented environment.

Location: Timonium, MD

Schedule: Full-Time, Mon-Fri 7am-4:30pm

Pay- $22.00/Hr.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Delivery
? Safely operate company delivery vehicles to transport and deliver products to customer locations in a timely
manner.
? Load and unload deliveries, verifying orders against manifests or invoices for accuracy prior to departure and
upon arrival.
? Provide professional, courteous service to customers at delivery sites; represent RF Fager Co. with a positive
attitude.
? Complete required delivery documentation, obtain customer signatures, and report any damages or
discrepancies promptly.
? Conduct pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections; report mechanical issues and maintain a clean, well-organized
vehicle.
? Adhere to all traffic laws, DOT regulations, and company safety policies at all times.
Warehouse
? Receive, inspect, and stock incoming shipments; verify quantities against purchase orders and report
discrepancies.
? Pick, pack, and stage outbound orders accurately per order documentation or work instructions.
? Maintain organized storage areas; rotate stock and ensure proper labeling and placement of inventory.
? Operate pallet jacks, hand trucks, and other warehouse equipment safely; forklift operation a plus.
? Assist with cycle counts, physical inventory, and maintaining accurate inventory records.
? Keep the warehouse clean, safe, and organized; follow all safety procedures and company guidelines at all times.

QUALIFICATIONS

? Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (MVR check required)
? High school diploma or equivalent
? Prior delivery, warehouse, or distribution experience preferred
? Ability to lift up to 50–75 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods
? Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately process orders and delivery paperwork
? Professional communication skills and a customer-first attitude
? Dependable and punctual with a strong work ethic
? Forklift certification a plus; willing to train the right candidate
? Must pass background check and drug screening
