Location: Cape Coral, FL (multiple locations)
Pay: $18/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM | Rotating Saturdays, 8:30 AM – 2:00 PM

Position Overview:
Express Employment Professionals has partnered with a well-established and growing storage property management company in the Cape Coral area to hire a dependable and versatile Floating Manager. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a dynamic work environment, as you will rotate between six different locations while supporting both administrative operations and facility upkeep.

Key Responsibilities:

• Rotate between six storage property locations as needed
• Answer incoming phone calls and assist customers
• Greet visitors and provide excellent customer service
• Perform light maintenance duties, including sweeping vacant storage units
• Pick up trash and mop hallways to maintain clean facilities
• Complete various administrative tasks and support daily operations

Requirements:

• Previous administrative or office experience required
• Comfortable working both indoors and outdoors
• Friendly, professional, and customer-focused attitude
• Reliable transportation and flexibility to travel between locations
• Availability to work rotating Saturdays
