Job Summary
We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Part-Time CSR Warehouse Representative to support administrative and customer service functions within a warehouse environment. This role is ideal for candidates who are organized, professional, and comfortable multitasking.
Key Responsibilities
  • Complete and maintain spreadsheets with accuracy
  • Prepare and process Bills of Lading (BOL) (training provided)
  • Utilize Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), including FedEx systems (training provided)
  • Communicate effectively via phone and email with customers and internal teams
  • Manage daily correspondence using Microsoft Outlook
  • Support warehouse operations with administrative and customer service tasks
  • Handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook
  • Strong phone and email communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Previous customer service, warehouse, or logistics experience preferred
