Express Employment Professionals is seeking applicants for a Property Manager position for a Tyler area company!
We are a full-service staffing firm that partners with companies across East Texas to fill full-time, part-time, and temporary openings. Since we cannot guarantee placement, there is no fee for using our services!

In this role, you will:

• Show apartments to prospective tenants
• Walk the property and ensure units and grounds are well-maintained
• Assist with leasing, tenant communication, and general office duties
• Climb stairs and move throughout the property as needed

We like to hear from candidates with the following:

• Previous property management or leasing experience preferred
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to walk extensively and climb stairs throughout the day
• Reliable, professional, and detail-oriented

Details:

• Schedule: Monday–Friday 9:00am–6:00pm, Saturday 10:00am–5:00pm, Sunday 1:00pm–5:00pm
• Pay Range: $16+/hr (based on experience)
• Benefits: Eligible for benefits upon permanent hire
