Express Employment Professionals is seeking applicants for a Part-Time Inside Sales Representative position for a Tyler area company! We are a full-service Staffing Firm where we work with companies in East Texas that have full-time, part-time, and temporary opportunities. Since we cannot guarantee placement, there is no fee for using our services!

In this role, you will:

• Provide excellent customer service to all customers in person and over the phone
• Accurately take and process repair orders
• Sell merchandise and recommend solutions based on customer needs
• Troubleshoot and help solve customer issues efficiently
• Assist with general inside sales duties and customer follow-up
• Maintain organized records and a clean workspace

We like to hear from candidates with the following:

• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Sales experience or comfort with upselling products/services
• Detail-oriented with accurate data entry skills
• Dependable and team-oriented mindset
• Previous experience in retail, sales, or service environments is a plus
