Parts Associate / Assembler

Located in Depew, NY

Salary: $19-21/hr

Express Employment Professionals is seeking a Parts Associate / Hydraulic Assembler for a family-owned and team-oriented company located in Depew, NY! This is an excellent temp-to-hire opportunity for someone who can thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

 

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm (Saturdays may be optional OT after training, 8am-12pm)

Payrate: $19.00-21.00/hr based on experience

 

 

Job Responsibilities:             

• Assemble and fabricate parts using hand and power tools to specific standards.
• Use precision measuring equipment to ensure the quality of finished products.
• Perform quality inspections on parts before final assembly.
• Maintain a clean, safe workspace and strictly follow all health and safety regulations
• Follow all health and safety regulations set forth by the company.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

 

Required Skills:

• Previous assembly and manufacturing experience (strongly preferred).
• Ability to read blueprints (strongly preferred).
• Ability to use precise measuring equipment (strongly preferred).
• Ability to follow written instructions.
• Ability to work both independently as well as part of a team.
• Must be detail oriented and strong organizational skills.

 

 

Physical Requirements:

• The ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time.
• The ability to bend, lift, reach, and walk with up to 50 lbs.
• Working in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures.
