Express Employment Professionals is seeking applicants for a Part-Time Inside Sales Representative position for an East Texas company! We are a full-service Staffing Firm where we work with companies in East Texas that have full-time, part-time, and temporary opportunities. Since we cannot guarantee placement, there is no fee for using our services!

In this role, you will:

• Answer incoming phone calls and assist customers with questions
• Greet and help walk-in customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Gather and accurately record customer information
• Provide basic product or service information
• Support general front office and sales activities as needed
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace

We like to hear from candidates with the following:

• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Comfortable working with both phone and in-person interactions
• Basic computer and data entry skills
• Dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented
• Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus
