Auto Detailer / Vehicle Preparation Specialist (Auction Facility)

Location: Donna, TX

Pay: $14.00 per hour

Schedule: Full-Time

Monday–Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (2 days per week start at 7:00 AM)

 

Position Summary
We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented Auto Detailers / Vehicle Preparation Specialists to support operations at a fast-paced automotive auction facility. This role is responsible for cleaning, detailing, and preparing vehicles to meet quality and presentation standards before auction. The ideal candidate is dependable, hardworking, and comfortable working in an outdoor environment.

Job Duties

• Clean and detail vehicles, including interior and exterior surfaces
• Wash, vacuum, and remove debris, stains, and odors from vehicles
• Inspect vehicles for cleanliness and report any damages or issues
• Prepare vehicles to meet auction presentation standards
• Move and position vehicles as needed (if applicable)
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines

Qualifications

• Previous auto detailing, car wash, or general labor experience preferred but not required
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to stand, bend, and perform physical tasks for extended periods
• Valid driver’s license is a plus (if driving vehicles is required)
